The submodule pinned 34e5645 ("remove custom.css"), a local commit on
top of devcows/hugo-universal-theme that was never pushed anywhere —
it could not be, the upstream is not ours. So every fresh checkout
failed with "not our ref", and the first Forgejo Actions run stopped
at "Fetching submodules". The theme is modified, which makes it our
code; it now lives here as ordinary files, taken from exactly that
commit, and builds no longer depend on GitHub.
doks, hugo-dead-simple and hugo-theme-stack go too. hugo.toml does
not use them and none carried local changes. The workflow drops
submodules: recursive with them.
